Dr Gayathri and team are amazing.
My entire family go here for our treatment and that includes my elderly father who has a lot of questions and my brother who has learning disabilities and special needs. After leaving it 25 yrs from my last dental appointment, it was a bit daunting wondering how bad things would be. Dr.Gaya immediately put me at ease. The latest equipment and Dr.Gaya’s calm and professional manner made the treatment experience entirely bareable, so much so that I now wonder what I was worried about. I can see why Dr.Gaya and her team have won awards for patient care. A first class experience and I cannot recommend highly enough.

I would like to sincerely commend Dr. Gayathiri Balasubramaniam for her exceptional professionalism and expertise. I had previously been advised by another dentist that my tooth required extraction, which was very concerning to me as the tooth itself was still strong. Dear Lokesh Thank you very much for a lovely feedback. It has been a pleasure to see you and treat you here at Dental Icon. 
My mother’s tooth suddenly broke, and we tried calling several hospitals, but couldn’t get an appointment anywhere since she wasn’t registered in the UK.
Out of desperation, we contacted Dr. Gayathri at around 10:00 PM, and to our surprise, she arranged an emergency check-up by 10:30 PM the same night.
We were truly overwhelmed by the care and attention she gave. Even after we returned home, she personally messaged us to ask how my mother was doing.
Honestly, I’ve never seen a doctor follow up like that with such genuine concern.
I can confidently say that she is one of the best doctors of this generation.

Dental icon is the place to be! I highly recommend, I was a very nervous patient but got made to feel so comfortable after 5 years avoiding the dentist! So happy I now have a dentist I enjoy going to!

The team at Dental Icon are amazing! As someone who has never enjoyed a visit to the dentist, I’ve had my mind changed and will not hesitate to get my next appointment in. Amazing dental practice, I would recommend Dr Gaya to anyone especially if you are nervous about the dentist. She even uses hypnosis if you have dental phobia or really bad nerves, I can also vouch for her hypnosis work (I taught her 😂) She’s a truly amazing dentist and the most calming person to be around and I’m so proud to have her has my dentist. The people of Halifax are so lucky to have this place in town.
